In a major development, Sterling Trust is delighted to announce the launch of a dedicated online portal for the exclusive use of clients and brokers.
Accessed via a member login, this confidential, highly secure service provides an administrative fast track for the processing of all client trust and company applications, and will be enhanced to allowing the instant retrieval of key documentation, such as client annual reports.
Sterling is believed to be the first frontline trust and corporate service provider on the Isle of Man to make a confidential portal service available to clients and brokers.
“The world in which we operate necessitates fast communication and we believe this new facility will offer tremendous advantages to both new and current Sterling Trust clients, together with their professional advisers,” said Sterling Trust Business Development Manager Andy Cowin. “It will enable the speedy transmission of important client-sensitive data, providing real-time access to key information, sweeping away any unnecessary delays and enabling us to facilitate an optimal service at all times.
“Client confidentiality remains our overriding priority and we have insured that the most advanced and robust infrastructure has been put in place to comply with the most stringent international regulatory standards – with a full Impact Assessment having been made in accordance with GDPR,” he added.
“Whilst Phase One of the portal is now complete, work has started on Phase Two which will see the addition of dedicated login’s for Advisor firms amongst other enhancements.”
